Ingredients:
- Raw(green) mango-600 gm
- Roasted red chilli powder-1/4 ts
- Roasted panch phoron powder-1 ts
- Sugar-1/2 cup or your choice
- Roasted cumin seed powder-1/2 ts
- Mustard oil-1 Tbs
- Black salt-1 pinch
- Salt-1 ts or your choice
- Peel and grate mango.
- Boil the grated mango in medium heat until it become tender.
- Remove from heat and drain water.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add all ingredients and stir. Cook until the chutney is thickened.
- Allow it to cool and refrigerate.
