Now that I have tried Roshogolla, the next step was obviously Roshomalai. Ok, so Roshomalai is a dish less well known than Roshogolla. However, it is found widely in Bangladesh. Incidentally, no one that I know in Bangladesh makes traditional Bangladeshi sweets at home any more. There are millions of sweet shops all over the place, and people just go and buy them from there.
Roshomalai was a childhood favourite of mine. I remember being soothed by the cool and mellow sweetness. Ahh.. heaven.
