Green Sauce


Green sauce is very familiar recipe for us. Green chilli sauce and green curry sauce  are also common recipe in our country. Actually sauce increases the taste of food. Green chilli sauce is used largely in Asia. On the contrary green curry sauce is also used in Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. In winter, green sauce is used in plenty in Asia. In every house and restaurant, green sauce is used in this time. Green sauce recipe contains vitamins.This recipe is hygienic. Green Curry Sauce increases the taste of the snacks. Its cooking process is very easy. Some ingredients are necessary to make this recipe. Anybody can prepare this recipe. The method of preparation is here;
Ingredients:
60 gm ( 2 oz) fresh coriander leaves
15 gm (1/2 oz) mint leaves
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons tamarind puree
2 teaspoons sugar
Salt to taste

Method:
a. Grind the leaves and garlic with little water.
b. Combine all ingredients and mix well, correct taste and thickness adding more tamarind, sugar, salt and water.
Serve with samosa, singara and dalpuri.
