
Ingredients:
# 1/2 kg minced meat
# 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
# 1 teaspoon cumin powder
# 1 tablespoon ginger paste
# 1 tablespoon garlic paste
# 3 tablespoons minced onion
# 2 tablespoons poppy seeds, paste
# 1 tablespoon chilli powder
# 2 black cardamoms
# 1 tablespoon coconut paste
# 3 tablespoons roasted gram flour
# 2 tablespoons cream
# 2 tablespoons yogurt
# 1 tablespoon green papaya paste
Salt to taste
How to prepare:

* Mould a portion of the mixture around a skewer by pressing with a moistened hand shaping to the size of a sausage about 12 cm long.
* Roast the kebab in a moderately hot oven till they are uniformly brown for about 10 - 12 minutes.
* The kebabs can slide off the skewers on a fine wire mesh of the grilling rack and grilled over charcoal fire as well.
Serve hot with fresh vegetable-salad and parata or luchi. yields 4 servings.
