
Prawn recipes are very common specially in Bangladesh. So prawn cakes are also very popular in Bangladesh. Prawn is any of numerous species of edible crustaceans in the older Decapoda; it is generally larger than a SHRIMP but smaller than a LOBSTER. Large prawns are called scampi. I am a big fan of prawn cakes. Everybody likes prawn recipes. Prawn has many types. Various types of recipes are made from prawns. Prawn Cake is one of them. Prawns are cultivated largely in the south zone of Bangladesh. Bangladesh exports a lot of prawns in different countries of the world. Prawn cake recipes are very easy to prepare. Some spices are necessary for cooking this recipe. Anybody can easily cook this prawn cake recipe. The cooking process is here;

* 500 gm fresh prawns
* 1 teaspoon coriander
* 1 teaspoon shallots
* 1 teaspoon sea salt
* Pinch of peeper
* 3 eggs
* 2 tablespoons self raising flour

Cooking Process:
1. shell, devein and cut prawns into pieces. Chop fresh coriander and shallots.
2. Break eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk add flour- mix well and season with salt and peeper.
3. Add the prawn's spices and stir until evenly mixed.
4. Shallow fry tablespoons of the omelette mixture until both sides are golden.
