
Ingredients:
1/2 kg ridge-apple
2 cups water
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. wash and slice the ridge apples. Discard the seeds. Cut each slice into 4 pieces.
2. Place the ridge -apple and the water in the jar of a mixer. Blend for 30 seconds or more if needed.
3. Strain, mix in the salt and sugar. Keep in the refrigerator.
4. Fill one -third of a glass with crushed ice and pour in the juice before serving.
