Egg Curry with Coconut Milk

Besides, eggs are available not only Bangladesh but also all over the world. Egg Curry with Coconut Milk is very delicious and nutritious recipe. On the contrary, coconut is found all over the world. But Asia is rich in producing coconut. So it is easy to prepare Egg Curry Recipe. Some ingredients i.e eggs, onion, garlic, turmeric, oil, cumin, ginger paste, coconut milk, green chilies etc. are essential to make this Egg Curry with Coconut Milk. The method of preparation is as follows;

Ingredients:
8 boiled eggs,
1 cup finely chopped onion,
3 tablespoons cooking oil,
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric,
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder,
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste,
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin,
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander,
2 teaspoons ginger paste,
1 cup thick coconut milk,
4 green chilies,
Salt to taste.
Method:
* Heat the oil. Fry the onion until soft. Add the spices mixed in 1/2 cup of water.
* Stir and cook until the separates. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the coconut milk and bring to boil.
* Add the green chillies and eggs. Simmer until gravy reduces to half.

Serve with boiled rice or bread. 4-8 servings.
