Egg Haluwa

Egg Haluwa is a delicious dessert for cold winter nights. You can add vanilla if you feel it tastes too eggy. It's a little heavy, so even a small portion is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Egg haluwa is one the most delicious cooking recipes of the world. Egg is available all over the world. But egg halua recipes are not available all over the world. It is a home made recipe. Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup ghee or butter
2 cardamoms
2 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon
2 tablespoons rose water
1/4 teaspoon saffron

Preparation:
* Combine all ingredients except ghee. Mix them well.
* In a pan with handle melt the ghee. Remove from heat. Add the egg mixture, return pan to the burner. Cook over a low heat stirring constantly.
* When egg coagulates into a lump and ghee appears remove from heat. If desired add 1 tablespoon raisins. 
* garnish with soaked and shredded almonds and pistachios.
