
Ingredients:
1 × ½ kg (3 lb) chickens,
1 cup sliced onion,
2 teaspoons ginger paste,

1 teaspoon chilli powder,
½ cup oil,
4 cardamoms,
3 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon,
¼ cup tomato catsup,
4-6 green chillies, pared,
Salt to taste.
Method of Preparation:
11. Skin and cut the chicken into 12 pieces. Heat the oil. Fry the onion until transparent.
d2. Add the chickens and rest of the ingredients except the green chillies and cats up. Stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Then cover and cook over medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes or until gravy has chickened.
d3. Add the green chillies and catsup,cover and keep over low heat for about 8 -10 minutes.
Serve hot with rice, pullao, chapatti or parata. 6 servings.
