
Ingredients:
200 gm (8 oz) okra,
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric,
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin,
2 tablespoons cooking oil,
Salt to taste.
Cooking Process:
1. Wash okra drain water. Snip off both ends, slice 1/2 cm thick.
2. heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the okra, onion, turmeric, cumin and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 6-7 minutes.
3. Remove from heat .
Serve hot with pullao, boiled rice or chapatti. Make 2 servings.
