
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh grated coconut,
1/2 cup sesame,
3/4 cup molasses.
Directions:
1. Roast the sesame seeds and set aside.
2. In a saucepan melt the molasses over low heat. Add the coconut and cook stirring constantly till sticky. Add the sesame seeds, stir and fry for a few seconds.
3. Remove from the heat. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture between your moistened palms and shape into a ball quickly. Set the balls apart on a tray. Leave to cool uncovered.
