Chicken Choice


Chicken choice can be used as snacks or general recipe. It is a very delicious recipe. It is seen mostly in India and some parts of Asia. I have a great desire to prepare this recipe. So I have tried my best to prepare this chicken choice recipe. Everybody knows that chicken is available all over the world. Some ingredients are essential to cool this recipe. The process is here;
Ingredients:
1× 1 kg (2 lb) chicken,
2 teaspoons shredded ginger,
1 teaspoon crushed garlic,
1 teaspoon ground turmeric,
1 teaspoon ground cumin,
4 whole dry red chillies,
½ cup finely chopped onion,
1 bay leaf,
2 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon,
2 tablespoons vinegar,
½ cup cooking oil,
Salt to taste.

Cooking process:
1.      Skin and cut the chicken into 10 pieces. Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
2.      Mix well, cover and cook over a low heat for about one hour till meat is tender or put the covered pan in the oven at 1800C (3500F) for 1 hour.
3.      Then bake uncovered until oil separates out.

Serve with chapatti, luchi, parata, plain pullao or fluffy boiled rice. 8 servings.
