Chicken Khobani

 Chicken Khobani is one of the healthy easy recipes of the world. Everybody knows that chicken is found in plenty all over the world. It is very nutritious recipe. All like this uncommon recipe. We can consider this recipe as healthy easy recipe. Chicken recipes are very helpful for consisting our body as well as mind. So chicken khobani can keep a special contribution for building our health. The cooking process of this recipe is given below;
Ingredients:
1 × 1.5 kg (3 lb) chickens,
¾ cup sliced onion,
1 teaspoon garlic paste,
2 tablespoons ginger paste,
2 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon,
1 tablespoon paprika,
3 black cardamoms,
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped,
½ cup cooking oil,
1/3 cup dry prunes,
Salt to taste.

Directions:
Step 01:
Skin and cut the chicken into 12 pieces. Heat the oil.  Fry the onion light brown.
Step 02:
Add the chicken, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom. Stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, paprika and salt.
Step 03:
Stir and fry until tomatoes are reduced to a pulp. Add the prunes, cover and simmer over very low fire until the prunes are softened.

Serve with hot chapatti, parata, pullao or rice. 6 – 8 servings.
