I love any dish that has mushroom in it. But, I love this mushroom dish the most and I learnt it from my friend Poornima who is an awesome cook. I have modified the original recipe a little bit as per the availability of ingredients. Hope you all like it.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and fry.
Add chopped onion and fry for a while.
Add chopped green chillies and bajji chillies and fry.
Add chopped bell pepper and fry for another minute.
Add chopped mushrooms and mix.
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder and mix well. Also add lemon juice and give it a mix.
The mixture becomes watery after a while. Cook this in low flame till the water dies up.
Serve hot with rice or rotis.
